It has been opened to access these terminals. Module 28 also has terminals extending beyond its casing, which allows the control system to be quickly and reliably rearranged. This is also facilitated by the choice of distance
between the plug lugs of the module and the terminals of the contactor, as well as the placement of all indicators and manual operating elements on the front panel of the module. 11 hp f-ly, 12 ill.
The invention relates to a control device for a contactor device containing high-current switches that are actuated by an electromagnet having an excitation winding, one terminal of which is permanently connected to one pole of the power source, while the other terminal is connected to a selector circuit, which can transmit signals with a polarity opposite to the source polarity, which are either generated by the machine or transmitted via a channel independent of the source.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability and simplify installation, i.e. creating a control unit with a module that can directly connect with a contactor device in which it interacts to increase its reliability by eliminating connecting wires and making it possible to reduce the size of switchboards or boxes, as well as to simplify the rebuilding of the control system.
FIG. 1 shows the electrical connection circuit of the contactor device in which the selector module is connected; in fig. 2 and 3 — device, side view, embodiments; in fig. 4 and 5 — module, side view, embodiment; in fig. 6 - modular package, general view; in fig. 7 is a module diagram, embodiment; in fig. 8- the same, front view; in fig. 9 is the same for control signals in the DC mode; in fig. 10 is a circuit diagram of a module having galvanic isolation between control signals and a power source; embodiments.
The control unit is connected to two power supply lines 1 and 2, which serve as the source for software programmer 3. The latter has a plurality of pairs of output terminals 4-7 each

which is designed to power the winding 8 of the contactor 9.
The contactor 9 contains, for example, three pairs of input and output terminals 10, 11; 12, 13; 14, 15 power switches 16-18, which are energized by the network 19 and are driven by a winding. Auxiliary switch 20 alarm or lock having terminals 21, 22, is placed in the housing 23 of the contactor 9.
The ends of the winding are connected to the input 24 and output 25 terminals, and the third 26, connected to the previous terminal 25, is usually placed as the other two, on one side of the winding core, but on the opposite side (Fig. 2). The functions of terminals 25, 26 are identical (the letters A7, A correspond to the positions that are commonly used in devices to identify the function of these winding terminals).
I
Between contactor 9 and software
the machine 3 is located in the insulated housing 27 of the selector module
A 28 selector circuit comprising a three-position switch 29, the movable contact of which is connected to one terminal of the first type or to the output terminal of the plug tip 30, can contact two fixed contacts 31 and 32, which are connected to two terminals of the second type or input terminal 33 and output terminal 34. In the zero position, the contacts of the three-position switch
29 are not connected to any of the terminals. In addition, a third input terminal
35 of the second type is connected to the plug tip 36 or to the second output terminal 25 of the first type by conductor 37, while a light indicator (such as a LED, a neon lamp or an incandescent lamp) 38 is installed between the terminals of the plug tips
30 and 36. Additionally, between the terminal
34 and pin 32 may install fuse 39.
The input terminal 34 of the selector module 28, bearing the designation of the function B, is connected to terminal 40 of the power supply source 41, which may have a potential identical to the potential appearing at terminal 4 of the automaton 3
In the example of the device with the circuit 42, the auxiliary switch 20 feeds the test lamp 43, which allows to determine the state of the moving parts of the contactor.
FIG. 2 and 3, the housing 27 of the module 28 has a prismatic shape, having a lower housing part 44 carrying two protruding plug lugs 30, 36, which form the terminals denoted by the same position, and can be inserted into the upper terminals 24., 25 of the winding 45 during connections, placing this part 44 opposite the parallel upper part 46 of the housing 23 of the contactor 9,
The housing can be fastened either only by clamping the rigid plug lugs 30, 36, carried out using upper terminal screws 25, 24, or by additional hooking 47 of the shell hooks into the recess 48 (hook-recess system) made on the upper side 49 ( Fig. 3). The hook-and-groove system is located on the site.
50 with the side of the part 44 at a distance from the plug tips 30, 36.
The front panel 51 of the housing carries terminals 33-35, making it easier to grip the respective screws in the front, as well as a control overhang 52, which is connected to the moving contact of the switch 29 and which can only be controlled using a screwdriver-type tool. Conductors 53 are introduced into terminals 33-35 through the top wall of the module. A transparent cap 54, also located on this front side, allows the light supplied by the indicator 38 to be observed.
Consequently, there is access to all terminals 33-35 of the selector mode and to terminals 10, 12, 14, 15 J 11, 13 of the contactor 9 on the front panels
51 and 55.
Plug lugs 30, 36 (Fig. 4 and 5), suitable for interaction with the winding terminals, exit from the front panel 51 of the module case

28, in which the bulges 56, 57 of this body serve to hold them.
The plugs 30, 36 extending from the two side opposite sides of the housing 27, module 28, on which are located the thickenings 56, 57, which serve to hold them. In all possible ways of accomplishment (Fig. 2-6), the plug tips can be protected to a part of their length by pouring or by means of an insulating shell, and the width d of the shell is close to the width D of the connected contactor.
Terminal 34 is connected to auxiliary power supply 41. This source may be replaced by a source of other origin and belong to the automaton 3, if equipped accordingly.
A conductor 58 connecting the terminal 35 of the module 28 to the terminal 5 of the automaton 3 may be replaced by a conductor 59 connected between the terminal 26 of the contactor 9 and a line having a corresponding potential. If you wish, you can reduce the possible confusion in the choice of the way of working or stopping in one of the options by separating the Function of the button 52 from the function of the switch
29 connected to this button by using the module 28 of the circuit shown in FIG. 7. The two-position switch 60 and the switch 61 are installed in series between the upper current wires with function A ,, B, having terminals 33, 34, and the lower current drain with function A, having plug 36. In this case, the module case has its front panel 51 two control buttons 62 and 63, which are connected to the moving contacts of the switch
and the switch, respectively, 60 and 61 (Fig. 7 and 8).
When module 28 is designed to be installed in series with a contactor 9, whose electromagnet is powered by direct current, the best performance is provided by using switches 60 and / or switches 61 with double opening (Fig. 9).
When the functions require electrical opening between the winding and control signals, one can resort to using the circuit shown in FIG. 10, on which the input terminal
35 is directly connected to the output plug 36, while the input terminal 33 is connected to the output plug 30 via two parallel-connected terminals 64, 65.
The first contact pair 64 is switched on by means of a low-power relay 66, to which, for example, elements are connected for protection against polarity inversion (diode D) and for signaling (LED DLj). The winding of the relay 66 is connected to the input terminals 67, 68, which are located on the front side of the module 28 and are connected to the external software circuit 3, therefore this section of the circuit is isolated.
The second switch is represented by a double-breaker switch having two successively installed sections 69, 70 and a common manual control unit 71 with access on the same front side, through which it can be forced to start and stop independently of the signals on the terminals 67, 68, a limiting component 72 is inserted between the plug tip 36 and terminal 35.
If it is necessary because of the mode of operation of the machine, the same manual control body 71 by module 28 (Fig. 11) can simultaneously control the forced opening of the switch 73 of the relay 66 and the manual control switch 71 (Figure 11) of the Module 28 (FIG. 13) has a first section of a double break manual switch 73, which can be connected in parallel to a contact pair 74 of relay 66, and a second section 75, which can be installed in series with an isolated winding circuit of a relay 66, preventing possible excitation of signals, on terminals 67, 68.
Each of the various embodiments includes a voltage limiting component, e.g. a variable resistance Z using zinc oxide, which is connected in parallel to two output pins m 30, 36. In addition, an RC circuit serving as an interference suppression circuit can also be installed between these plugs or placed with outdoor

side of the module with direct connection to the terminals 67, 68 of the winding of the relay 66.
